whooo has time to be on twitter all day?

Here at tena.cious we have a little secret that we’d like to share with you. It’s a little thing called Hootsuite + for rockin out scheduled tweets it will be your very best friend. The best part, it won’t cost you a dime.

Getting started couldn’t be easier, all you have to do is sign in by using your twitter account.

Scheduling your posts is a great tool to have in your back pocket. If you’re going to be out of the office for the day, the week, the month even — you can schedule out your tweets by date + time.

Bonus feature, if you’ve got a whole bunch of promo tweets up your sleeve, you can use the “AutoSchedule” option to have the tweets hit your followers feeds at an optimal time.

If we haven’t already convinced you that Hootsuite is going to be your new best friend, there’s more. Hootsuite is a great place to see all those things you should be paying attention to on Twitter in one place.

If you set up your streams just so you’ll never miss a beat. You’re going to want to start with the “Home Feed” so you can see what your followers are tweeting. Having the “Mentions” + “Direct Messages” streams will make it so you never miss a tweet or message directed towards you + you can holla-back-atcha.

The “Scheduled Tweets” stream will allow you to keep track of the tweets you have scheduled + see if you’ve got times where you’ll need to fill in the gaps. Having “Sent Tweets” is a great way to see if you are retweetable + measure the interaction on your tweets.

Now, we know you already love Tagboard, but guess what — you can track your hashtags + lists in Hootsuite too. Just add the “Lists” or “Search” stream to your dashboard.

So the secret is out. Who are you going to tell? Click here to tweet it to your peeps.

Ps. You can do even more with this tool, but we find it best to use it for Twitter.
